Product Classification

Classified according to knitting types: Warp knitting (It is inelastic and the surface looks rough.) Weft knitting ( It is elastic, and the surface is fine.)

Classified according to raw materials:

Polyester：100% polyester; Polyester and polyamide composite (Composite proportion: 80% Polyester +20% Polyamide, 85% Polyester +15% Polyamide, 83% Polyester +17% Polyamide); Cotton

Cloth forming mechanism:

Warp knitting: A set of yarns(warp) in the direction of formation of the cloth is wound left and right to form the cloth.

Weft knitting: A yarn perpendicular to the direction of formation of the cloth is wound up and down to form the cloth.

Properties of fabrics:

Warp knitted fabric has stable structure and minimal elasticity because of the back loop knot formed. Weft knitted fabric has stretchability, crimping property and disassembly property. In general, warp knitting should be a little more expensive. Warp knitting machine needs air conditioner room. The raw material requirements are relatively high. Weft knitting machine does not require air conditioner. Warp knitted cloth is more durable.

Weft knitting towels can be formed with at least one yarn, but more than one yarn are usually used for weaving to improve production efficiency. Warp knitting towel can not be formed with a piece of yarn. A piece of yarn can only form a chain formed by a coil. Therefore, all weft knitting towels can be disassembled into lines in the opposite direction of knitting, but warp knitting towels cannot. Compared with weft knitting towels, warp knitting towels generally have less extensibility and better stability. Most weft knitting towels have significant lateral extension and feel loose. The warp knitting towels cannot be disassembled. The coils of weft knitting towels can be disassembled due to broken yarns and holes.

The most simple and intuitive way to distinguish microfiber warp and weft knitting towels is to observe and stretch them by hand: if the front and back lines are consistent, the towel is weft knitted, while warp knitting towels contain vertical lines. The warp knitted coils can not be opened, while the weft knitted coils can be opened. You only need to pull the transverse/meridian direction of the two pieces of cloth by hand, the warp knitted cloth can not be pulled, and the weft knitted cloth can be significantly elongated.
